I LIVE OUTSIDE OF AZ. CAN I HAVE MY VEHICLE SHIPPED TO ME AND HAVE YOU SHIP MY TRADE BACK?
At this time, we will need to have the vehicle present at the dealership to accurately assess its condition and value.
WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE AN INSPECTION COMPLETED ON THE PRE-OWNED VEHICLE I PURCHASED THAT’S BEING SHIPPED TO ME?
Having an independent inspector, friend or family member inspect the vehicle will give you a non-biased assessment of the vehicle before it is transported. The inspector represents you as the buyer. This will give you confidence and peace of mind as if you were here.
HOW DO WE COMPLETE OUR SALES DOCUMENTS? DO YOU HAVE REMOTE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SIGNING?
Unfortunately, we do not have electronic remote document signing at this time. We are actively working on an electronic remote signing solution that properly meets all local and national laws.
WILL YOU PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT IF I FLY IN TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY VEHICLE?
We will reimburse you for your Uber or Lyft ride to a Bill Luke location. Simply email your Ride Share receipt to your sales professional upon your arrival to the dealership and we will take care of the rest.
WILL I RECEIVE TAX SAVINGS IF I TRADE IN MY VEHICLE?
Yes. In Arizona, you may receive tax savings if you’re currently financing your vehicle or it is paid off.

CAN I SELL YOU A CAR WITHOUT BUYING A CAR FROM YOU?
Yes.
DO I NEED TO WASH MY CAR?
No. The cleanliness does not come into account when appraising your vehicle. We thoroughly clean and recondition each vehicle after purchasing it.
HOW WILL YOU APPRAISE MY VEHICLE?
We will have a professional appraiser review the condition of your vehicle in person. He will then combine his assessment with real-time and accurate market values for your specific vehicle to make you the most competitive offer we can.
CAN I SELL OR TRADE IN MY LEASE?
Yes. You are able to sell or trade-in a leased vehicle in most cases. However, there are restrictions with certain brands. Please contact one of our Purchasing Managers to know specifically what we are able to do for you.
CAN I SELL OR TRADE-IN MY VEHICLE IF I OWE MORE THAN MY VEHICLE IS WORTH?
Yes, you may sell or trade-in a vehicle if you owe more than it’s worth. However, you may be responsible for the difference or the balance may roll into the new vehicle loan if you are trading in.
IF I HAVE A PAYOFF TO A BANK, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAR?
We overnight all payoff checks within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle. It is then up to your bank/lender to process the payments which could take 10-15 days.
DO YOU OFFER A SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR AFTER I SELL MY VEHICLE?
Yes, We do have a shuttle that will run a 5-mile radius from the store. However, we cannot guarantee it will be available specifically at the time the process is finished. Please consult with your Purchasing Manager to arrange the shuttle.
